Hello again, savvy savers! Today finds us with another great book review, and this time I have reviewed Christmas at Rose Hill Farms, by Suzanne Woods Fisher.
This book was altogether very charming. The story follows the simple, yet lovely plot of trying to examine the “lost” rose discovered at Rose Hill Farm, Billy, the farms caretaker, is sent to track down its origins. Readers, like the stories three leading characters,Bess and Billy–and Amos, are asked to open their hearts and minds in order to come to the realization that Christmas truly is the season of miracles. Moreover, Billy’s simple plan to identify the farms rose is sidetracked as he can’t get those tropical blue eyes of Bess Riehl out of his mind. Though Bess is betrothed to another, he makes it his sole mission to find out why the rose is not the only beauty bat the farm coming into her own.
This story is clever, heartwarming, and for the Christian Romance fan, truly a must have this holiday season!
